Our HighSet Starter Culture is a blend of lactic acid bacteria selected for slow and controlled acidification. It is perfect for making Italian-style cheeses such as Mozzarella, String Cheese, Provolone, Parmesan, and Asiago. 

Thermophilic Starter Culture

Each pouch contains four pre-measured packets. Use one packet to inoculate 2 gallons of milk. 

Storage: Store in freezer to extend life.

Contents: Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, Lactose
